A daring game of temptation

She’ll play his game—but only by her rules!

Alex Lancaster is an adrenaline junkie. He’s also a sexy British billionaire who should come with his own warning signs. When Libby insists she is done with men who live on the edge, Alex coaxes her out of her comfort zone—professionally and very, very personally. Libby’s taking a high-stakes gamble, but the pay-off could win her everything…

‘It’s passionate, it’s bold and it’s damn well sexy!’ Amy Wright , Netgalley reviewer

‘Think I need a cold shower after reading this new offering from the Mills & Boon Dare line! They've gone super steamy for 2018 and this was a great start to the series and I thoroughly enjoyed it! This is fabulous escapism in bookish form! It is a very steamy and graphic book and won't be for everyone – not sure my Nan who used to read Mills & Boon would have approved! – but I found it to be an enthralling, sizzling sexy read and I am really looking forward to reading more of the Dare series if they are all going to be this good!’
Karen Mace, NetGalley reviewer

‘Well, I was right to be excited by the new Dare line!
I thoroughly enjoyed JC Harroway's writing! I was instantly invested in Libby and Alex's story and their motivation. I love that she takes charge, that she sets the rules. And I love that Alex lets her! If this book is anything to go by, I am now even more excited for the Dare line! JC Harroway is an author I will definitely read more of. A fresh, sexy and enjoyable read!

Exciting Introduction, 4 Stars 🌟
This is my first Ms JC Harroway book and I will be looking out for future releases; yes it was hot and passionate but Ms Harroway’s characters are well rounded and had me engaged from the start.
Both main characters have hidden depths and big hearts and from the start the sparks fly between them; Olivia (Libby) Noble, owns her own successful marketing business in the US and is invited to London to speak at the 'Inspiring Business Leaders of the Future’ seminar. Following her presentation she is introduced to Alex Lancaster, a British billionaire businessman who unbeknown to Libby had instigated her invitation to speak at the seminar, but when it comes to Libby Alex has his own agenda, personally as well as professionally!
Despite the chemistry between them Libby doesn't want to want Alex, although he won't take no for an answer, but Alex is intrigued by Libby so they strike a deal for a “Week”, a week in which they play by Libby’s rules. However, during the week as Alex shows Libby his vision for his charity Able-Active, Libby begins to leave her comfort zone until she is reminded of Alex's daredevil attitude and runs back to the US. Can Alex help Libby to overcome her fear of living and loving to risk her heart and find their own passionate HEA!
A Week to be Wild is an exciting introduction to Ms JC Harroway’s work, I only wished the conclusion of the book could have included something to indicate how Sonya, Rich and baby Amelia's story will end unless there is a book forthcoming with their story?
Fyi I received my copy from Netgalley and Mills and Boon via Mills and Boon Insiders, but this does not influence my opinions as all opinions are my own.

A hot, passionate, daring story about a billionaire instigating a meeting with Libby, he’s used to getting what he wants and gets her out of her comfort zone. Seductive read.

Think I need a cold shower after reading this new offering from the Mills & Boon Dare line! They've gone super steamy for 2018 and this was a great start to the series and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

The main two characters are perfect - Alex the sexy british billionaire who is used to getting his own way in business and pleasure, and Libby, the american businesswoman who has sworn off men who live life on the edge. But then Alex appears in her life and the spark between them is instant and it really was fascinating to see that spark quickly ignite! She is keen not to be seen as easy but everytime she sees Alex, she finds it more difficult to resist!

They are both quite vulnerable despite their business success and you get to see another side of them halfway through the book as it touches on their pasts, showing a softer side to the characters than the more passionate characters we have seen up until then. But in each other they find kindred spirits who connect - in more ways than one! Alex is used to being in control but Libby has a strange power over him and I think that excites him even more!

This is fabulous escapism in bookish form! It is a very steamy and graphic book and won't be for everyone - not sure my Nan who used to read Mills & Boon would have approved! - but I found it to be an enthralling, sizzling sexy read and I am really looking forward to reading more of the Dare series if they are all going to be this good!

Libby was a successful business woman in New York. Alex a successful businessman in London. Their paths were about to cross but they had more then business in common. Both had been hurt in different ways, they had both lost loved ones. Libby lost her fiancé Callum and Alex his sister Jenny. Could their week spent together help more then just their business's.
