I love all of Paige Toon's books and this did not disappoint. I could not put it down, another amazing story and great characters. I loved it.

An earth-shattering five-star read. This was easily one of the best stories I have read this year, there was just something so special about everyone. Wren appears like she is running away when she finds out that her fiancé doesn’t love her anymore, but I think she was just running to a family that she didn’t feel she always had. It’s a beautiful story of finding lots of love, not just the tradition type. I adored how this little bird got her wings. Anders has another story that isn’t mine to tell, and what a story that is. I am a huge Paige Toon fan and have been for a while, I adore the way they write and pull so many parts of the world into the story and wrap it all together, then throw in some characters that are so real you can imagine seeing them at the pumpkin patch when you pop along for your seasonal supplies. This is a great story and you will need to read this, and then re-read like I plan to, as you just know so many things sparkle in this story that you will only find more sparkles as you read.

PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT! There is something about a Paige Toon book that really connects with your soul. The story of Anders and Wren is a complicated one with more than a few twists. I defy you not to have the widest smile and cry ugly tears whilst reading this.

First off, you sang the song when you saw the book title didn’t you? How can you not?! 😂

Do you know how excited I was that I managed to get my hands on Paige’s new book before it came out? Honestly I was soooo happy! But I’ll tell you guys now, it’ll be worth the wait I promise! As always, it’s another 5 star read from Paige that will pull on your heartstrings and make your heart feel so full! ❤️

When Wren’s fiancé tells her he is in love with someone else, she realises she needs to get away to let her heart recover. Anders, living on the other side of the world is still struggling to move on after losing his wife 4 years ago. While Wren is staying with her dad and step family in Indiana, she meets sanders and both their worlds are turned upside down. There are secrets that can have serious fall outs and heart ache this summer, can Wren walk away when it’ll hurt so bad, but when she finds out the truth, how can she stay?

I couldn’t put this one down. I became so invested in not only Wren and Anders, but the side characters too, I loved Bailey and Jonas and loved seeing their characters develop too! It was a slow burn, and I loved it! It gave me more time to fall in love with the setting and the characters and their back stories.

Paige has such a way to write a beautiful love story that will also pull on your heartstrings and tear you apart at the same time…in a good way of course! 😂 It has love, loss, family drama, friendships, sisterly bond, beautiful settings and of course, incredible characters. Another beautiful book from Paige Toon 💕

Oh my goodness I loved this book so much!!
Having read all of Paige Toon’s books I knew what to expect and hope for, and she doesn’t disappoint in this new novel. Our main character, Wren, is so easy to warm to, I loved watching her relationships with her family grow, the friendships she makes in America and the twisting journey for her and Anders. As always, it isn’t a straightforward journey, but it keeps you hooked until the last page. This is an absolute must-read-in-one-day type of story. Thank you so much for this arc, I will be reading it again very soon!

This book has been written so well that it is so east to read. It is one of those books I didn't want to put down or finish.
It is a lovely romance all about family and friends.

I went into this book fairly blind, with only the knowledge that I've never read a Paige Toon book I didn't love. As soon as I found out this book was set Indiana, a place that firmly has my heart, I was in love.
Wren is so relatable but also admirable, I'm not sure I could be that forgiving about some things! My heart broke for her reading about some of her sadness regarding her childhood/family. I loved every character in the book and seeing them all grow for the better, as well as it being such a fun and heartwarming journey to go on with them.
I absolutely wasn't expecting the twist, towards the end the story was so bittersweet and I found myself frustrated with it, but what a perfect ending.
Overall a thoroughly enjoyable reading, and definitely one to watch out for next year. Thanks so much to @netgalley and of course @paigetoon for the digital ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I really loved this book, it was both engaging and heartbreaking without being too soppy or dark. I loved the character of Wren and her reasons for travelling to America. Her summer staying with her Dad and his family was lovely to read about and made me feel like I was there and part of it.
I thought it was really well written and I really enjoyed reading it.

I have nothing else to say, other than I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK!! Heartbreaking, heartwarming, funny, and romantic. Perfect.

Every now and then I read a book that gets all my emotions going and affects me. Only Love Can Hurt like this was that book for me. I totally engaged with the characters and felt so many emotions. Love, friendship, heartache, family dynamics. I will be recommending this book to everyone

Paige Toon does it again, she can do no wrong in my eyes, her books are always like a warm hug to me. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for allowing me an advance copy, I will definitely be recommending.

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review this book. Having enjoyed Paige Toon books before I was excited to read this one and not disappointed in the least. Wren travels from then UK to the US to spend time with her dad and mend her broken heart she doesn't expect to fall in love again so soon
The problem is that the man she meets is closed off emotionally and unavailable to Wren, for reasons that aren't too clear at first.
I loved this book and style of writing, it kept me hooked and turning the pages well into the night. A sad tale at times with a storyline developing that will leave you empathising with a lot of characters
A gorgeous read.

Another emotional book from Paige. I loved meeting Wren and thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. There were so many stories within the book, siblings, step siblings, struggling to move forward, wondering if you still enjoy your job, the Airstream and romance.

The Wren / Anders relationship is beautiful and heartbreaking. Happy to recommend

Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this ARC. This is a really beautiful, heartwarming and emotional romance and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I usually reserve the spring/summer Paige Toon release for my summer holiday however having read this ARC in November, I can only ask WHAT ON EARTH WILL I READ NOW?!

The story of Wren and Anders is more than just a romance. This is a story of new beginnings, forgiveness, healing old wounds, family and friends. I was absolutely blindsided by the truth about Anders’ wife, how could this outcome have not possibly entered my mind?
But this is the beauty of Paige Toon and every single one of her novels, I’m never disappointed and always surprised by the turn a story will take. Paige has a way of connecting her characters with your soul and creating such an empathetic response, my heart soars when they’re happy and I feel I cry alongside them when they’re sad. I would never fail to recommend a Paige Toon book to family and friends, Only Love Can Hurt Like This is no different. One of my favourite books for a long time!

I absolutely loved this book!! Finally after a few predictable reads, I found one that gripped me from the start! It’s been such a long time since I couldn’t put a book down! This story was heart wrenching, we follow Wren who moved back to the UK. after her parents divorced. Her father stayed in the US, we follow her story as an architect and her fiancé Scott. When the relationship breaks down she decides to take a break away. Wren goes to the US to stay with her Dad and his family. Now we are expecting a romance, but in no way could I have predicted the emotions this story would bring! I don’t want to ruin this story for anyone. I just recommended you give this book a chance you won’t regret it!!

Grabbed me from the first page. Any book by Paige Toon will keep you engrossed.. Heartbroken and escaping turns into a new adventure with unpredictable twists and turns. Totally invested in the relationship and it's outcome.
No spoilers but get tissues at the ready for tears of happiness and sadness.

I am a big Paige fan and I spent this whole book waiting for her to rip my heart out. She is a master at heart wrenching love story’s and this is no exception! A packet of tissues WILL be required during this book, it had me tearful in a few places as I’ve come to expect from Paige’s books she is a complete legend at plot twists and she makes me fall in love with the couple every single time!

This author is already on my autobuy list I have every single one of her books! I cannot wait for the paperback to come out next year and I will certainly be getting a copy for my shelf!

Thank you so much to the publisher for a copy of this book via NetGalley! One of my favourite ARCs that I have received!

Paige Toon is one of my favourite authors, predominantly because she always puts a little bit of her heart and soul in to her characters and storytelling, and you just feel that instant connection so naturally and fluently through the books. Only Love Can Hurt Like This is a beautiful plot set mainly in the US around Indiana, which was a beautiful setting to be immersed in for the summer of peach harvesting and corn cropping on the family farms.
I particularly loved the exploration of the relationship between Wren and her younger half-sister Bailey, and how we navigate big life changes and emotions when we are younger differently to when we are adults. It was heartwarming to see their connection, and the wider implications, from them spending more time together, and how healing that became.
An engrossing and heartfelt read about heart break, love, friendship and family.

This book should genuinely come with a health warning! I absolutely sobbed my heart out reading this book! Amazing story, based on Wrens failed relationship in the UK when she decides to go to the US to stay with her dad. Being in the US makes Wren reevaluate her life especially when she meets Anders, her dads neighbours son. This book investigates their relationship battles and with a twist I did not see coming! This page turning novel broke my heart in many stages of this story but would read it again in a heartbeat! This was my first novel by Paige Toon (I genuinely thought I had read more by her before) but will not be my last! Beautiful book!

After finding out her fiancé’s in love with another woman Wren travels to visit her father even though their relationship is strained just to get away from it all. There she meets Anders who lost his wife four years ago. Neither of them expected to fall in love.

The title really says it all, this is going to hurt a lot. Every relationship seems to be strained, whether it’s family, friendship or romantic. I cried, I laughed and my heart completely broke for these characters. Only love can hurt like this.

Once I started reading I couldn’t put it down. The beautiful setting and vibrant characters really jump of the page. There are quite a few storylines built in which I enjoyed, it kept things interesting.

Anders might sound like an unfamiliar name to most, it’s actually a Swedish. The entire family has Swedish names in the book. I thought this was a fun edition since I to am Swedish. Slightly weird because my dad is named Anders but I tried to block that out.

I feel like I need to mention the twist, I didn’t see it coming. That took the sadness to another level and makes you understand why the characters are acting a certain way better.

This would be a great read if your into womens fiction and a story that pulls on your heartstrings. But if you decide to read it, which I highly suggest you do keep an eye out for trigger warnings.

Wren has just been dumped by her fiancé as he has fallen in love with someone else and so she decides to escape to Indiana for a couple of weeks to see her somewhat estranged dad and step family. Straight from one unrequited situation to another, and another…? Sometimes when we feel like we are lost we need to search for something, anything to ignite our soul and feel a sense of belonging, opening ourselves up to something new or searching for those parts of ourselves that we had forgotten.
However, as with most matters of the heart honest communication is key, but it is often hard to communicate what we can’t even decipher and rationalise in our own heads and heart.

Love hurts for so many reasons. Life rarely goes to plan. What we want to be to the ones we love is not always aligned with what we can be – and that hurts. This book is a beautifully written bittersweet journey of not just Wren but all those around her trying to find love, acceptance and be the best they can be.

It's maybe the second Paige Toon's book I read and I loved it. It's poignant and heartwarming at the same time, there's a romance but there's also grief, family, moving on.
The author is a talented storyteller and the story kept me turning pages. I loved the characters and rooted for them.
A good story that I strongly recommend.
Many thanks to the publisher for this arc, all opinions are mine

With thanks to Netgalley and publisher in exchange for an honest review. Paige Toon is my favourite author. I can't think of any other writer that their words emerse me the way a Paige Toon Novel does. Wrens story is all the feels. In some parts of the story I literally had butterflies. Wren and her partner relationship ends. She decides to visit her father and his family in America. There she meets some interesting people and slowly starts to heal. Pick this book up in April when it's released. I will never stop raving about a Paige Toon novel so much more than a typical romance novel. All the feels.

I started reading Paige Toon books quite a few years ago and have never been disappointed. This one is probably my favourite have read. It takes you through every possible emotion you could feel.

Anders and Wren are complicated characters with their own struggles and real life problems. To be along for the journey is an honour.

Absolute perfection.

To be honest this book has stayed with me for quite awhile after reading and I find myself thinking about Anders and Wren often. Highly recommend!

It’s like a knife that cuts right to my soul….

Paige Toon is an author that can do no wrong in my eyes. This is an author who delivers time and time again. Toon also gets better with every book. Only Love Can Hurt Like This is a book that has shattered every part of my heart. Toon has taken the sledgehammer (pen) and broken my heart only to slowly put piece by piece back together.

This was instantly a must for my TBR-

1. Because Paige Toon is the author

2. The title is also the name of my favourite song by my favourite female artist.

And oh wow am I thankful to have received an early copy of this one. This is a book I will be encouraging everyone to read because it’s just such a beautiful, emotive masterpiece.

Must’ve been a deadly kiss
Only love can hurt like this

Anders and Wren are just gorgeous characters. I have loved them from the beginning of this book. As a reader and female, I instantly felt for Wren. As we see her engagement end, it’s easy to relate to that lost feeling.

This really begins to move as Wren decides to get away to visit her dad. This is definitely a healing process and what better way than to put distance between you and an ex?

We meet Anders at a bar. Toon has given me country style vibes and I’ve been here for it completely. The initial interaction between Wren and Anders is hilarious- I have laughed out loud.

From here, the relationship just grows and it’s endearing and heartwarming. I have loved the journey as the relationship has grown and developed. This is one that has been a wonderful rollercoaster of adventures.

The side characters are equally as wonderful in this book. Bailey and Jonas are fun and the perfect siblings to our main protagonists. I love that we are transported by this one. Toon has definitely given me a welcome escape.

However, in true Toon style- things aren’t as smooth as they seem. Anders has secrets which will turn the emotions of the reader completely upside down. I’m not even a little bit ashamed to say that I’ve had tears streaming and Paige has caused ugly crying.

But it’s the sweetest pain
Burnin’ hot through my veins
Love is torture, makes me more sure
Only love can hurt like this

I’ve read most of Toon’s books, the ones I haven’t are proudly on my QUEENS of fiction shelf. Toon is for me, a must read author. Only Love Can Hurt Like This is quite possibly my favourite book yet.

Sometimes a book comes along and touches your heart, this is one of those books. I have loved how invested I became in this book. My heart has been on a journey that I would repeat a million times over.

There is nothing negative I can say about this book. From beginning to end, this is a gem. Toon has created a beautiful masterpiece worthy of the highest praise and all the stars. If I had one wish, it would be to experience this as a first read all over again because it is truly magnificent.

An absolute must for the TBR. I cannot recommend this more highly.

Only Love can hurt like this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ @paigetoonauthor

You will all know I'm a huge Paige Toon fan by now so I was so excited when I got the chance to read this her new book before publication, especially when it was already on PreOrder.

Wren goes to visit her Dad in the USA after her breakup from fiance Scott.
What she doesn't expect is to meet Anders, who lost his wife four years ago and has a few hidden secrets of his own, whilst also trying to be there for his brother Anders.

The Description was a love story with a earth shattering secret at its core and that sums it up, I felt this book has to be one of Paiges most moving books yet and really gets to the depths of the charcters feelings. You really get to experience the raw emotions like never before, which aren't just focused around love and heartache but also family emotions including focusing on the relationships of step mother and half sisters. Which can be very emotional at times too.

You won't be disappointed with this book but you may need your tissues at hand.

You can also read this book from 27th April 2023!

I would like to thank @paigetoonauthor @penguinrandomhouse @netgalley for giving me the chance to read this book pre publication

Now where do I begin to unravel the emotions I felt whilst reading this book.

Wren finds herself staying with her Dad and step mum and step sister in America after she goes through an upsetting break up with the man she loves. Whilst there she has to figure out the dynamics of her family and once again she feels as thought she's on the outside looking in and not quite sure where she belongs. She soon gets used to the simpler way of living and begins to form a strong bond with her sister which is different to the one she had before now that they're both grown up. On a night out they meet two brothers and Wren is fascinated with one of them in particular called Anders. Their paths cross multiple times and when Wren decides to renovate an old Airstream, ( I had to look this up and it's a shiny steel camper van,) she finds at her dad's house, Anders wants to help her.

The setting sounds idyllic, surrounded by peach groves and a lake to swim in, the writing was very atmospheric and I could almost smell the peaches and feel the dry dust in the air when the weather got hotter. I wouldn't describe this book as fast paced, it reads at a more leisurely pace with a real slow burn between the characters.

Both Wren and Anders have had their hearts broken in different ways and they seem perfect for each other but guilt and heartache strive to keep them apart.

It's really hard to describe what happens without giving spoilers so I'll just say that I was floored by something which I really wasn't expecting and which I think tested the characters to their limits. The emotions run high and it seems impossible for them to escape the shackles that are holding one of them back. Its such a heart-breaking scenario which brings up all sorts of dilemmas.

Deeply emotive with a twist that will break even the hardest of hearts. I loved this book so much, easy to read and impossible to forget.

The first I’ve read by this author but it wont be the last. I absolutely adored this book and couldn’t put it down, definitely heartbreaking in parts but overall a true love story

I think this is Paige’s best one yet.

The amount of research this author puts into each novel. But especially of recent. This particular one I feel took a different turn within her genre compared to previous novels. For starters, this novel is set between America and the UK. Usually it is Australia.

The fact that the main character has been dumped and falls for a complicated man not technically an affair compared to actual affairs Toon usually writes about.
This novel did come from a warm angle.

This is a slow burn that will have you wanting to know more.
I loved every single character and their personalities and watching everyone grow. Wren, her dad, the discoveries between him, Sheryl, Bailey and Casey. Jonas and Anders relationship with each other as brothers and with their parents. And all the others.

I liked the detail at the end with the whole epilogue of every character.
Very well written, I really enjoyed this one.

Thank you to the publishers for sending this in exchange for my honest thoughts.

This is a brilliant love story that takes you on will they won't they journey for various characters.
When they the man you love leaves you for another woman the best thing you can do is move on with someone else - unless they re unavailable.
I really enjoyed the background story as well as the main character arcs. This is one for everyones reading list.

I loved the setting of this book so much - it was so well described that I could see it perfectly in my mind.
I read this last September so, even though it was set in a place that was really warm, it felt right to be reading it in autumn with all the mentions of pumpkin patches and maize mazes.
I also loved every single character in the story (ok, with the exception of Heather!) - they were all so different but so likeable, their flaws making them even more so.
Seeing Wren and Bailey's relationship as sisters grow was such a lovely part of the story, as was their friendships with Anders and Jonas.
As always, Paige Toon has produced an amazing story, full of all the emotions, with one he'll of a twist thrown in. Loved it!

Thank you NetGalley and Penguin books for allowing me to read Only Love Can Hurt Like This in advance of its release on April 27!

About 10 years ago, I stumbled upon one of Paige’s books in a charity shop. The rest is history.
Every new book that has been published seems to be my new favourite, and every year I think, this cannot get any better. But it does. Every time. What I so love about Paige’s books is that the details change accordingly to the narrator. It’s the small details that set the scene and I love it.

Wren has just come out of a relationship, and comes to the US for a change of scenery. A very nice change of scenery, because here we meet Anders.
The unlikely pair are both not ready to fall in love again, after experiencing heartbreak, both in a different way. However, as summer leads to autumn, saying goodbye becomes somewhat painful. I will not enlighten you in what happens, it’s too beautiful, you have to read it yourself.

Wren and her dad - and stepfamily- are a sore subject at the start of this book. There’s pain, heartache and some resentment, all for good reasons. It’s heartwarming to see the ice melt away in these relationships and forge new memories and bonds. The book is about growing, facing your (albeit painful) past, and the hope for a better future.

There’s humor, there’s the tension between the lovers, there’s enough room for peace and quiet. You can easily read between the lines and make up your own fairytale.

I loved this book with all my heart. But it did hurt indeed.

There is always a big buzz around the release of a new Paige Toon novel and rightly so in my opinion because she is an author who creates one flawless book after another and you can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I couldn’t wait to start her new novel, Only Love Can Hurt Like This and what a beautiful heartfelt novel this was.

We are welcomed into the story as our heroine Wren has just had her heartbroken by her fiancé and at the suggestion of her mum she needs some time away which is what leads her to spending some time with her father in America on his farm. Although Wren is here for healing there are still scars that are present with the relationship with her father who has lived in America with her step mother and sister but can the distraction of the Farmers sons next door help to provide the perfect distraction this Summer?

Anders is back on his parent’s farm as there are concerns for his brother but can the arrival of the neighbour’s daughter bring some light to their darkness?

I have stared at this screen for so long now as I try to compose the words to review this book without giving anything away so that the reader experiences the same gut punch that I did when I read this book having no previous expectations. With that said my review may seem a little lacking but I am desperate to leave you in the dark but at the same time show you how much you need to read this book.

Wren and Anders are both unforgettable characters who by then end of this book feel so real that the heartache that is felt by the characters feel so personal to the reader that it hurts, be that a quivering lip or a full-blown snotty cry this storyline will touch the hearts of so many and in a way I related to this storyline too so I felt so vulnerable reading this.

The story actually begins like so many books I have loved by Paige and other authors with a broken heart but there was still a lightness to the book as there is healing and hope as Wren begins to focus on moving forward and throws herself into a new project too. I was reading along enjoying the light tone of the book with friendships blossom, an odd spot of flirting here and there, this was the author leading me into a kind of happy bliss before spinning me full circle with something so unexpected that really knocked me off my chair. This part of the book was written with such gentle care but with such brutal raw honesty too with thoughts, feelings an emotions poured out for all involved giving such a detailed insight into this circumstance and this has to be applauded.

This was an outstanding read that I know will be on my top 5 of the year already. Whenever I read a book like this I am usually so desperate for the characters to be revisited in another book but with this novel I feel like this was a story that touched my heart and now the characters need to be left in peace, the ending was tied up perfectly and here is where the storyline deserves to end. There is so much more I would love to say on both Anders and Wren but let them into your hearts and you will see what strong, beautiful, honourable and deserving characters they really are.

This book had everything love, laughter and sadness which all made for a great story.

Wren’s heart has been broken as her fiancé has left her for another woman. She still sees them both in the town where they live and realises that she needs some space. She then decides to spend her summer vacation with her Dad and his family in America where they have recently moved to a house with a farm/orchard. Whilst there she meets the neighbours sons (Jonas and Anders) and bonds with her younger sister. Despite being heartbroken, Wren feels an instant attraction to Anders but he is holding back. Can she persuade him to let go?

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would like to thank the publisher and Netgalley for an advanced read copy of this book in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

We are transported to rural Indiana, where Wren has gone to heal from her heartbreak. Staying with her dad, step - mother and half - sister, brings it’s own challenges.
Anders lives on a nearby farm. He and Wren begin to build a special friendship, but there is heartbreak and devastating secrets waiting to bubble up from the past.

Paige Toon creates a truly immersive setting in this book. Old farm houses, corn fields, orchards, barbecues and swimming in the lake, all wafted the scent of summer from the pages.

The mix of characters worked well. Wren is strong and determined. She knows her own mind and looks to the future.

This is a story that is light hearted and funny, but equally, it is heartbreakingly emotional and deeply touching.
It’s one of those tales that will bring on both the happy and the sad tears.

The twist in the story is a blinder. I must admit, I wasn’t expecting it at all.

Only Love Can Hurt Like This, is a beautifully written, poignant, sweet and moving story.

Another five star triumph for Paige Toon.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This book deserves 5 stars and so much more. What a wonderful read!! I had the pleasure of reading it during the weekend. And I was hooked on to it from the very first page. The capability of the author to not only interweave a fascinatingly emotional story but also to invoke them too; is an absolute art, in my humble opinion. I really loved this

I had an email prompting me to read this from the publisher, and I was in-between books and had no idea what I felt like reading so I thought I'd give this a go. It was the perfect book for me. I don't read a lot of emotional romance books, but sometimes it's just what I need. I loved the characters, I cried a little, I loved it. I'm going to be looking for more books by Paige Toon.

Wonderful, another hit from Paige Toon. When Wren decides to escape to her father's home in America, after discovering her boyfriend no longer loves her, the last thing she expects to find is love in a completely different way. Great characters, beautiful setting, what's not to enjoy

As an avid Paige Toon lover, I was so excited to read this book, and I have to say, it did not disappoint. I laughed, I cried, I loved. I feel like my heart is both full, and heartbroken at the same time. This was beautifully written.

Wren is a beautiful character, and her love for Anders was beautiful to watch unfold. Their love story was so unique, and heart breaking, it was bitter sweet. I truly feel like my heart was shattered into a million pieces watching them fall in love.

Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC.

Wow. This book has blown me away. Honestly I absolutely adored it. So beautifully written and had me in tears more than once. Wren and Anders were just such great characters, the situation that they found themselves in was so unbelievably difficult and tragic (no spoilers!) and I really felt invested in both characters. Amazingly well written character development, even the supporting characters. Seeing Wrens relationship with her sister blossom was really heartwarming and even the friendship group that formed between the 2 sisters and Jonas and Anders. Just a really amazing book. I will be recommending it to everyone.

When Wren realises her fiancé is in love with someone else, she thinks her heart will never recover.

On the other side of the world, Anders lost his wife four years ago and is still struggling to move on.

Wren hopes that spending the summer with her dad and step-family on their farm in Indiana will help her to heal. There, amid the cornfields and fireflies, she and Anders cross paths and their worlds are turned upside-down again.

What a stunning story. The way Paige writes is simple yet perfect. Paige is a go-to author for many and this long awaited tale will not disappoint. In true Paige-style, you will find yourself simultaneously smiling and crying as the story unfolds. You will feel moments of frustration screaming at the characters, followed by moments where you just want to hug yourself and those you love. Only Love Can Hurt Like This is an incredibly appropriate title and a story to savour.
