Lots of recipes in this book, which is great. It could use more pictures as this is what leads people to make the recipes! I’m confused as to why some of the pictures (Chips and guacamole) are repeated? Also, most people buy a recipe book after they have purchased the air fryer so I’m not sure the section on the different types is necessary. The safety section is very good. We know someone who left their air fryer plugged in and it heated up automatically and caught their kitchen on fire. I would recommend it be unplugged when it in use.
A wonderful resource for your air fryer cooking needs. It includes recipes for appetizers to vegetarian options, seafood, ethnic options, & even desserts.
A useful table of contents & index. The book is organized well. Lots of colorful pictures that look delicious & make you want to dive in.
(I was able to preview this book in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.)
I am a recent convert to air frying.
Some amazing recipes here that I cannot wait to try out.
First on my list is strawberries and cream backed oatmeal, chicken parmesan.
Who knew that you can also make deserts, I will be trying the chocolate chip cookies.
Highly recommended for any air fryer fans
This book is great as both a source of air fryer recipes, and an introduction to air fryers. Having been 'on the fence' about purchasing one for a while, I found it especially useful, particularly given that there is a section detailing the specifics of different types of air fryer, this will undoubtedly guide a prospective buyer.
The recipes sounds great, some have mouthwatering photos accompanying. The sections are all those we would expect and hope for, and largely equate to breakfast/brunch, starters/snacks/party food, vegetarian mains, meat based mains and desserts.
A couple of recipes I am keen to try first include a Maple-Brussel sprout side dish and a showstopper of a dessert entitled 'chocolate chip pan cookie sundae' - this looks and sounds simply devine!
My thanks to NetGalley, author and publisher for the opportunity to review this book in exchange for an advance copy.
I recently acquired an air fryer. I was looking for an easy put together recipe guide and this was an excellent pick. The recipes are fun, interesting, and easy to follow. Complete with gorgeous full color photographs this book will have you making perfect crisp air fryer food in no time!
Having just bought an air fryer, this was a very welcome find. I loved the recipes, which gave us plenty of ideas how we could use our new toy! We had fun trying out the recipes, giving us more confidence to experiment with the air fryer.
I’m really enjoying this book as I’ve made several recipes from it already. I’ve found them to be easy to understand and yummy. My favorite recipe has to be the Cumin Crusted Pork Tenderloin. Will definitely continue using my air fryer to try new recipes from this book.
What a great recipe for the air fryer! Lots of different types of dishes to make with good pictures as well. I’ve been loving my air fryer so I will definitely be trying many of these recipes out (here’s hoping they’ll look as good as the pictures). Would highly recommend.
Some great hints and tips! For a newbie air fryer user, these were handy and easy to use! The recipes looked delicious and great for any level of expertise.

I don´t own a Airfryer, don´t have that much space in my kitchen - BUT my Mom does, but she does not use it so often. This book is a nice to have thing, because lots of useful information and many many yummy receipes - AND also in Celsius, which is important for me =) In this cookbook is something for everybody, from Breakfast to Dessert - and as I said before: useful information for beginners (like me).
Also it contains a couple of nice food pictures - like for people like me: I do love food pictures when I read cookbooks. Its index and structure overall is pleaseant and great to work with.
I myself will translate af few of the receipes and let my mom try them in her airfryer =)))

Beautiful cookbook, easy to follow and to read, and gorgeous photos! I don’t use my Air Fryer as much as I would like but after seeing all these mouthwatering recipes I’ll give it a try! This book has recipes for breakfast and brunch, appetizers, snacks, party foods, vegetarian, chicken, turkey, duck, beef, lamb, pork and seafood, and desserts. I received a free digital copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for my honest review
A very pleasant change from the run-of-the-mill recipes found in many air fryer recipe books. A great deal of thought has gone into the preparation of this book. The many tips and suggestions at the front of the publication are a good example of this.
The recipes themselves are well thought and tempting with many illustrations indicating what the finished dishes should look like.
Although this is an American recipe book, as a Brit more used to metric units, it is much appreciated that metric quantities are also indicated.
This will be my go to air fryer recipe book from now on.
Great easy and some unusual recipes for the air fryer. It encourages readers to experiment and try new ideas as well as old favourites.
A great book and a welcome addition to my recipe bookshelf
A fabulous, easy to use book to get the best out of your airfryer.
It points towards recipes that wouldnt be the normal ones for airfryer use and its so user friendly.
A good selection for all mealtimes.
Highly recommended.
