IMI is a little sparkle in the shadow of a sad young meerkat. The meerkat and their family have recently moved, and they're having trouble adjusting to the change. They're kind of down in the dumps, and they stay home one day while their family goes off to find some food. While they're feeling bad, a tiny sparkle shows up in their shadow. The imi teaches the meerkat to look for the good, fun, sparkly things around them.

Beautiful illustrations and a great message of looking for the positive things in life. Fantastic book for little ones!

Wow, what a cute and uplifting children's book this is. A little meerkat has been struggling to sleep, and he isn't feeling well, so he spends the day alone while his family go and look for food. He sees a sparkling light in his shadow, and he talks to it. It talks back to him, and together they play, have fun, and spend the day together. At night, Meerkat is finally tired, and he is able to sleep.

This is a wonderful book, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The beautiful illustrations in the book were gorgeous, and the text was very easy to read. This is a heartwarming book, which all children will love! Highly recommended!

IMI is the sweetest, most delightful, adorably illustrated, children's book (for young readers and younger children to be read to). It's so inspiring and heartfelt, and children will love the illustrations. (I did!) Perfect choice for those inevitable "feeling-down" moments!
