A fine book for young people teaching them how to maintain emotional sanity through life, via discovering your inner guides. It is a pleasant and motivating book, well explained for the younger mind set, and I believe the book is a good contribution to self esteem and to maintaining sanity and how to cope with life's difficulties. Helpful, indeed.
