This book was absolutely adorable, I loved the spectacular illustrations in this. I wasn’t too familiar with Osprey, but I researched more into the animal after reading this book.
Yes, it’s meant for Children, but I really loved the cover and decided to read it on NetGalley. I loved the connection between the human boys and this osprey family. Nature is such a beautiful thing, I adored how this book tackled that along with family dynamics.
This book was clever and perfect for a younger reader, there’s no doubt they’ll love this story!

This is a cute story with bright, simple pictures showing how wonderful it can be to respect and live in nature. The story doesn't stop with the original little boys who befriended an osprey -- future generations continue this wonderful relationship. Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this
Oliver the Osprey is a children's book about a family of osprey who befriend some humans.
This was a cute story! I liked the idea of animals and humans coexisting and getting along. I thought the pictures were cute as well. I think there was a good message in here about respecting animals and nature. I think kids will enjoy this story.
I really loved that the characters were named after the author's grandchildren, I think that is so cute!
