This was a super cute read! My 3 year old daughter and I read it together and she really enjoyed the pretty colours and unicorn pictures. The font was very pretty and enjoyable! We loved the sparkles!

This is an awesome and high-energy book that will be very appealing to *many* young kids. I speak from some experience: this would hands-down be my favorite book if it existed when I was little. This book has such a draw to it because of the unicorn, sparkle, and energetic elements, but there's another thing that makes this book complete.
The puppy! Most kids dream of getting a puppy, and this book focuses on that common dream. However, this book is far from cliche. Wall breathes new life into a classic topic, making a fun, magical, and unique book.
The final thing that tops off the amazing cake that is this book is the illustrations. The illustrator truly shows a talent by adding at least a little bit of sparkle on every single page. Readers will be entranced by the beauty of this glitter, but that isn't all. The illustrator also uses a *wide* range of bright and uplifting colors, all without overwhelming the reader. However, that being said, the illustrations still manage to manifest the infectious energy of the story (but visually), and they engage readers no matter what, from beginning to end.
Bravo!
