I have been receiving Mob's free cooking emails for while, so I was very excited to discover they were releasing a cookbook.

And Mob One did not disappoint! It is packed full of exciting recipes that don't feel like the same thing I cook day in and day out but don't require exorbitant amounts of time or hard-to-find ingredients either. All of the recipes can be made in one pot, pan or tray, hence the name of the book.

The recipes are divided into six categories: Morning Ones, Easy Ones, Speedy Ones, Feasting Ones, Fancy Ones, Fresh Ones, Slow Ones, and Sweet Ones. Each recipe lists the number of servings, total time to make, categories (e.g. veggie, vegan, gluten-free), ingredients, introduction and recipe, with the occasional helpful tip, alongside a full-page photo of the dish. Each recipe also has a QR link you can scan to discover similar recipes on the Mob website. I can't wait to try the pork chops in a smoked paprika sauce, the smoky cod traybake tacos, and the banana bread skillet cookie!

A recommended read for those who are looking to change up their meal plan with simple, flavourful dishes.

Thank you to NetGalley and Ebury Books for providing me with a digital copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

First of all the QR codes that bring you to more recipes on the website are a genius idea!

This is a great cookbook! With work I find it so hard to motivate myself to make dinner but this will help so much. There are so many recipes to choose from, they are easy to follow and don't require too much in terms of ingredient, equipment, clean up or energy. And they sound delicious! The layout is great and the pictures are lovely. I can't wait to try some of these!

This is a fantastically immersive cookbook perfect for gifting or for yourself. Ideal for people who don’t have masses of kitchen space, are short on time or just don’t like lots of washing up, this book is a must have on your cookbook shelves! I can’t wait to try some of these recipes in the coming weeks. The recipes are unique and exciting without being daunting, and are easy to follow. The photography is also fantastic, it made my mouth water just reading it! I highly recommend!
