Bold Strokes Books has the following approval preferences for these groups:
Reviewers
-- You regularly update your book blog with book reviews, author interviews, or book discussion threads.
-- You provide your blog URL.
-- If your request is approved, you must send us your review with specific information about where the review is posted, including the date published and a link to the review. If your review site has 2 or more regular reviewers, please only include a direct link to reviews you have written.
-- Your book blog has been established and active for 3 months or more.
-- First-time requesters should include information about their “reach.” For example: how many unique visitors your blog gets each month, how many comments you get on your blog posts each month, how many Twitter/Facebook followers you have, how many reviews you post each week.
Librarians
-- Bold Strokes Books automatically accepts librarians.
-- Please include the name and location of your library as well as your position.
Booksellers
-- Bold Strokes Books automatically accepts booksellers who manage the purchasing of and/or post reviews on store websites of adult and young adult fiction, print and/or eBooks, in all genres.
-- Please include the name and location of your bookstore/retailer as well as your position.
Educators
-- Bold Strokes Books automatically accepts educators who are members of a school system.
-- Please include the name and location of your school as well as your position.
Media
If you are a media professional, the name and address of the company where you work.
Bold Strokes Books reserves the right to accept or decline requests on a case-by-case basis.
