Neal Alexander was born in Newcastle upon Tyne in England. He has lived and worked in Nigeria, Papua New Guinea and Colombia. He has co-written multiple scripts for short and feature films, and Mutiny of the American Foreign Legion is his first novel.
Extraliminal Producciones was established in Cali, Colombia, in 2007, and has produced multiple short films, some scripted by its members and others developed in youth workshops.
