Hello I am Georgios Kalogiannidis
I am an MSc Mechanical Engineer and have built a career as a Mechanical Engineer in many multinational manufacturing companies. I count a decade of practical experience in modern Corporate Recruitment Processes, as I have passed through multiple challenging and strenuous corporate hiring processes offered by some of the most prestigious organizations around the globe, such as Volvo Cars, Scania, Sandvik, Deutsche Bank, Mercendes-Benz, Audi, Skoda, CNH, GKN Aerospace, MTC, SEB, Northvolt, Aegean Airlines and many more, for a plethora of technical roles, in multiple levels in the corporate hierarchy. These roles were for apprenticeship schemes, graduate engineering and leadership roles, mechanical & manufacturing engineering roles, IT specialist, administrative, managerial, research engineering, and financial auditing.
I managed to complete, with excellent results, multiple online psychometric evaluations and passed through the following interview stages of many of the employers mentioned above. My broad and multifaceted background and culminated experience with psychometric assessment have given me the skills and inspiration to develop simulation tests, incorporating all the possible difficulty levels a candidate may face during his/her psychometric evaluation and innovative and practical methodologies of solving the tasks. I worked hard and made a systematic collection and registration of every major task encountered from my training and actual evaluations for these tests to assist future ambitious candidates in achieving the same results.
