This is the ideal book for anyone who is single, dating or someone who is looking to form a lasting relationship and is still grappling with sense of self and confidence.
It took me a while to read the book, because there's so much talk about 'being your best self' both in and out of a relationship but very little on the steps you can take to attain that best self. This is a very detailed book and I do wish it had more exercises and checklists then it'd be a great companion/guide.
I received a digital copy of the book from NetGalley in exchange for a review and I'd recommend it to anyone who is single.
