Thank you to Net Galley for a copy of Sky the Snowman by Julia Zheng in exchange for a honest review.This is a perfect book to teach preschoolers and early elementary students about diversity and acceptance.Sky is a snowman who accidentally turns blue and he finds out that others are afraid of or don’t like him.When he sends a letter to Santa and asks to turn white again, he is in for a big surprise..Well written with beautiful illustrations and a powerful message.

Sky was a blue snowman, who didn't always like being different. One Christmas, Sky asked Santa to help make him. Santa had all of the children in the neighborhood help Sky feel better about himself. This book is a great way to show kids that its okay to be different and kindness goes a long way.

Absolutely adorable!! My little family adored this book. The illustration was so good and the story line was so cute and fun. Such a nice heartwarming story. Definitely a good story to help little ones accept their uniqueness. We will absolutely be buying a copy of this book once it is released. SO GOOD!
