This is a very unique book. I cannot remember encountering many books just about fencing. However, it was an interesting read, particularly the history of fencing. As someone who is researching how to install a fence, I found this book very helpful, especially the bit about fence law and the need for a permit. This book provides extensive information about how to build a fence, and was extremely helpful. There were plenty of visual aids to help as well. I would recommend this book especially to those attempting to install their own fence.
